For implementing GTD you can use this web-based application:

http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
Comes with a mobile version too, and with an Android app.

Hi Tara,
I wonder if you have a link or referral for the technique of "mental naming" or "mental noting" that is discussed by you and a participant in this podcast.
If you don't remember, that's fine -- you don't need to go digging.
Just getting into GTD in the past month, and these podcasts are so very helpful -- thanks!

Hi Ozy,

I couldn't find a satisfactory site that describes this technique which is drawn from "insight" or "vipassana" meditation. However, I wrote a blog post on this, which you can read here: http://www.tararobinson.com/2009/03/40days-forward-day-five-be-present.html

Hope you find it helpful and thanks for commenting!

Best wishes,
Tara
