For managing your todo lists - Y'all should try Toodledo. (http://www.toodledo.com) -
They even have an iphone/ipad app as well.
Evernote + Egretlist works for a while, but can be somewhat limited, especially when your todo list grows to 20+ item, have subtasks and dependencies.
Unfortunately Evernote doesn't have the capability to define due dates nor priorities for todo line items.
BTW, I'm not knocking Evernote - I'm big fan and a premium user. There is no better ubiquitous collection tool other than Evernote, especially with all of the "Trunk" integrations.
Take a look at toodledo, you won't be disappointed.
