Back to Basics: Roles, Responsibilities, and Areas of Focus

How do you use the 20K horizon of focus to get things done? We're back to basics in this episode. Listen as we talk about how to use 20K to set goals (30 and 40K), how 50K can help you define areas of focus, and how 20K can help you to make decisions when opportunities come your way.

Tara - your suggestion to use the 20k ft horizon as a stopping off point for 30k is a revelation to me!

I always saw the horizons of focus as a continuum but now I see 20k as parked off to the side to be used as a place to stop, think and look both ways.

[ps Apols if this double posts but my 1st attempt seemed to disappear)
